Common questions
Before you book
Who can hire, and what licence do I need?+
A normal UK car licence covers both vans on our fleet, the Deliver 9 included. You'll need to be aged 25 to 70 and to have held your licence for at least two years, and we'll need a DVLA check code to verify it.
Are the vans really unmarked?+
Yes — plain white, no livery or signage. Handy for discreet house moves and for businesses that would rather not advertise a hire.
Can I bring my dog?+
Yes — £20 per day covers the deep clean afterwards. Your dog needs to be secured for the journey, in a harness, crate, carrier or behind a dog guard, and please tell us when you book so we set the right van aside.
Can you collect out of hours?+
We run 24/7 by arrangement, including early collections and late-night returns, at no extra charge. Just tell us what time you need the van.
